Join this dance fitness party! Complete a total workout listening to Latin and world rhythms. We’ll combine all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. You’ll feel boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Registration cost: $20
Zumba is held from 3-4pm on Thursdays in the Gym on September 21, 28 and October 5, 12
